How do I connect the VR headset to a Wifi network?

This can be done via the main Settings or Quick Settings options in the main menu of the headset, look out for the WI-FI symbol.

How long does it take to fully charge the device?

It requires approximately 2.5 hours to fully charge the VR headset for a full session.

Does the VR headset support different languages?

Yes, the VR headset supports: English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Korean, Italian, Russian, and French. If you’re wanting or needing to adjust the language for the device, just head to Settings > Language in the device, then select from the dropdown menu.

Can I use the VR headset outdoors?

No, we do not recommend using the VR headset outdoors as direct sunlight can damage the lenses. To protect the lenses, always cover and store the headset safely when not in use.

Can I wear glasses when using the Headset?

Yes, you can. Place the headset on like goggles and remove the headset carefully by loosening the straps. However, please note that bi-focal lenses do not work with VR headsets. If you’re having any difficulties, please consult your training leader or SkillsVR for assistance.
